We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Returns & Eligibility
Items must be in original condition and returned in their original packaging.
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care beyond normal wear and tear.
Refunds, Exchanges, & Store Credit
Eligible returns can be refunded to the original payment method, exchanged for another item, or issued as store credit.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
